Fourth Floor Chambers is a select set of independent barristers in Perth, practising across the commercial and public law fields.

Founded by senior counsel Grant Donaldson SC and Steven Penglis SC, the set was built around a single idea: a small, collegiate group of barristers offering timely, practical advice and advocacy of the highest quality.

Junior members practise with the support and guidance of senior members, so that solicitors and clients can be confident that every brief carries the depth and judgment of the whole set. Members appear at trial and on appeal in courts and tribunals throughout Australia, and accept nominations as arbitrators, mediators and experts.
