Philip has a broad commercial litigation and arbitration practice encompassing all areas of commercial law, particularly corporations law and corporate insolvency, contractual disputes, property disputes, financial services, trusts and equity.
Before joining the Bar, Philip was a special counsel at K&L Gates, acting in a wide range of matters concerning projects and assets located in Australia and overseas.
He has appeared in District, Supreme and Federal Courts, and has first instance and appellate experience.
